Yes. Once you are ready to apply, you will need to create a profile. Click on “Apply Now” to create a profile and upload your resume. From the Login page, you can log in as a returning user or a new user, or you can retrieve a forgotten password.

Can I submit my qualifications via email, fax, mail or apply in person?

To be considered for a position, you must submit your resume and qualifications online through this Career site. Our recruiters review the resumes submitted on a daily basis. Should they find your background and qualifications to be a potential match for a position, you will be contacted to set up an interview.

What do I do if my email address has changed since the last time I logged in?

You cannot change your login email address, which uniquely identifies you among all candidates. However, you can change the email address where alerts and notifications are sent. To change that email address, log back into the Career site and select "Edit Profile."

What do I do if I forget my password?

On the Login page, in the "Forgot Your Password?" section, enter your email address and hit "Submit." Your password will be emailed to you.

Can I submit a profile without applying to a position?

Yes, you can create a profile to have on file with the Irvine Company without applying for a specific position. You can go back at any time and update your profile as necessary and/or apply for available positions.

I recently submitted my resume and profile, but now I need to make changes. How do I do this?

Log back into the Career site and select “Edit Profile.” Once there, you can change your pasted resume and/or upload a new resume attachment. You may have multiple versions of your formatted resume saved with your profile.

I was referred by an Irvine Company employee. How should I apply?

If a current employee is referring you, please indicate this when you create your career profile. To do so, please select "Employee Referral" in the "source field" and list the employee’s name.

What happens after I submit my resume to a job posting?

After you submit your resume to a job opening by clicking the “Apply Now” button, your resume will be reviewed and your qualifications and background assessed by one of our recruiters. Should they find your background and qualifications to be a potential match for the position, you will be contacted to set up an interview.

I see a position listed on the website. How do I know if it is still available?

If you are able to view the job description for a position on the Careers website, it is still available and we are still accepting applications. After a position has been filled, it is immediately removed from the website and can no longer be viewed.

How can I be sure my application and credentials were submitted successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email stating that you successfully applied to the position(s) or created a profile on our Career site.

What if I did not receive an email confirmation for the job I applied to?

Log back in to the Career site at any time and review the jobs you applied for by selecting the "Jobs I’ve Applied To" link. If the job you applied to is not listed or if your profile does not exist, then you did not successfully submit your information. Please resubmit. You will be asked to confirm and then save your submittal, and you will see a thank you message when your information is successfully submitted.

Can I view a list of jobs I have previously applied to?

Yes. Once you are logged in, select "Jobs I’ve Applied To," and a list of current open positions you have previously applied to will be displayed.

How can I be automatically notified of new openings that match my qualifications/career preferences?

After you have created a profile on our Career site, select "myJobAgent" to create up to 3 job preference profiles that identify your specific career criteria. When a new job opening becomes available that matches your profile, you will be notified via email. Select "What is a JobAgent?" to get help on myJobAgents. To login now, click here

Why does the Resorts division of Irvine Company have a different Career site than that of Irvine Company?

Irvine Company opened The Resort at Pelican Hill in 2008. To accommodate for the opening and the many positions that were being filled, the Career site was created separately from Irvine Company's site. In addition, for easy accessibility, you can also locate jobs available at our other Resort properties, such as the Island Hotel and California Recreation Company.

All the available information regarding our openings is listed under each individual job description. We do not provide salary information at this time.

You will be contacted only if your qualifications and background closely match the requirements of the position.

If a position you applied for has been filled, your resume and candidate profile will be retained for consideration for future openings.

What is the dress code at Irvine Company?

Our employees present themselves in a professional and courteous manner and our dress code reflects this commitment. Employees must wear appropriate business attire. Appropriate attire for men is typically a business suit or sports coat with slacks and a tie. For women, the attire is a business suit, dress or skirt, or pants with a blouse or sweater. Casual sportswear is not allowed. Exceptions to these guidelines are considered for employees who are involved in field-related work or who have medical or religious-practice reasons.

Irvine Company appreciates your interest in becoming a preferred staffing provider. For consideration as an approved provider, please complete, as thoroughly as possible, the questionnaire at this link: Information Request. Please submit any additional information or attachments to staffingvendors@irvinecompany.com. No other submission methods will be accepted. Staffing providers are carefully reviewed and approved depending on the needs of our company.

You can verify employment by contacting Employment Verification at 949-720-2727. This phone number only pertains to verifying the employment status of current and past employees. This phone number does not give status to candidates going through the recruiting process.
