Kevin Baldridge is President of Irvine Company Apartment Communities. In this position, Mr. Baldridge oversees all property operations, asset management, reinvestment and marketing for 125 apartment communities containing nearly 44,000 apartments throughout California.
Prior to joining the Irvine Company, Mr. Baldridge served as Senior Vice President for General Investment Communities in Boston. In this role, he was responsible for operations and renovations of more than 18,000 units in 18 states across the eastern half of the country.
Mr. Baldridge is a board member of the National Multi-Housing Council. He also serves on the JSerra High School Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Community Relations Committee.
Mr. Baldridge received a bachelor’s of science degree in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles in 1981. In 1983, he received a Master’s of Science degree with a concentration in finance and accounting from The London School of Economics.
